Where to Kitesurf in Portugal. In the summer, from june, to september, when it s sunny, there is a thermal wind blowing at the end of the afternoon, at about 4pm, to 7pm. If you add a small piece of west wind in the morning you can get 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon.
