Riders Match Online 2009Riders Match Online 2009 becomes Riders Match… by Harold Quinquis

After two successful seasons, Riders Contest is becoming Riders Match : Online World Contest.

The new website www.riders-match.com is launched by Wax Up in association with Yahoo! Sport and become a real community of Extreme Sports !

The first international online competition for riders
For all passionate Riders, the aim of the contest is to federate all the Extreme Sport lovers, Pros and Am, and make them participate through their videos on a unique spot : www.riders-match.com

How to participate ?
Every Rider, Pros and Am, men and women can join the contest by uploading a 2 minutes video in kitesurf, surf, skate, windsurf or BMX.

Riders Match Online 2009Until October 30th
The riders can upload their best video.
Internet users will vote for their favorite video in each category. After that a jury will select the finalists and at the end, internet users will elect the finalists from November 4th to November 16th.

Results will be available on the website at least November 18th.

Owing to the support of O’neill, Rusty, Sooruz, Oxbow, Nike 6.0 and also DVS, Jart, Cabrinha, JP Australia and Pull in, Pros will get a Prize Money (20 000€ To share) and Amateurs will win Sponsoring contracts (3 000 €; clothes and equipments)

A prestigious jury
The jury of Riders Match is composed of very famous Riders, well-known around the world :
Robby Naish, Cory Lopez, Susi Mai, Bastien Salabanzi, Greg Puget, Robert Tériitehau and Thomas Caillard.
