Photos waves in France
Let me share some photos waves in France. (October 2009)
I am not an amazing surfer, I do know my level and my limit, however I really enjoy some good waves from 0 to 2/3 m. I used to surf waves from Lacanau and it's not an easy spot: strong current, shore break can be killer and the waves are changing every day... not like my main spot in Caribbean where I surf waves from reef... The Atlantic coast of France is a world-class surfing location and the long sandy beaches of Lacanau's unspoilt coastline are the ideal playground for surfers. Each year, in August, The ASP WQS 6-Star Sooruz Lacanau Pro is organized at "La Centrale" and this year Joan Duru Wins 6* Sooruz Lacanau Pro; First Frenchman In 27 Years To Win At Lacanau.
My advice, go to this spot in September, new more tourist and the swell from Autumn is unique. Last information, there are no sharks, so enjoy and keep surfin’ . Photos taken my lovely sister.
