Any kite sponsors? Who?
My kite sponsor is Ocean Rodeo, I also recieve nice polarized glasses from Zeal Optics, bikinis from Blue Glue and clothes from Alpinestars.

Special achievements...?
That is a difficult one...I would say that my special achievement was to leave a traditional lifestyle with a 9-5 job behind and go travelling the world together with my boyfriend, Jeremie Tronet.

Life occupation besides kite...
Hehe, kiting is all I do, but it is more a lifestyle than an occupation. Apart from just kite I take pictures and film together with Jeremie, trading places in front and behind the lens. Jeremie is the real photographer though,
he always does the settings of the camera and find the angle of the pics we take. I always write travel stories from our kite trips also.

Music?
I like music, not one particular kind. Some of my favourite bands are Calexico, Velvet Underground, Nick Drake, Sublime....

Interested in..?
I love to travel, learn new languages, see new places, experience other cultures.

Food?
I can never get enough of sushi! I also really like salads. I am not a big fan of meat, but sometimes it can be good.

Heroes?
Jeremie Tronet of course:) He spends a lot of time teaching me and pushing me into doing new tricks.

Favorite kitesurfing spots for you?
Cumbuco, Brazil is the best kitespot I know, the wind is perfect, so consistant, the water is flat and the locals

are friendly. I also really like the Caribbean, the landscape, the culture and people.

Places you have been kiting at...
Norway, France, Spain, Brazil, Egypt, Dominican Republic, all over the Caribbean, Venezuela...

How long have you been kitesurfing?
Since 2002

Why kitesurfing?
Because it is fun!

What does your family think of this?
My family and me are very close, so they wish that I would live in Norway, but they support me. They always taught me that it is important to respect all kinds of people, and that everybody has their own way of living their life.

What does this sport mean to you?
It is great fun! It also allows me to travel to beautiful places, and meet many friendly people from all over the world.

Favorite tricks?
I guess it always changes after which trick is the latest that I learn.Right now it is raley to wrapped, hopefully soon it will be 313.

Photobucket

What does this sport demand of you?
A fairly healthy lifestyle and not too much party:)

Have you ever been in an accident?
Never!Knock on wood....

Vision...you wishes for the future…
Difficult question...Right now we are living in quite an impulsive way, not knowing exactly what the next day is going to bring...But what I do know is that I love to live by the see, so one day I'll hopefully settle down in the Caribbean or Brazil...or in a new place that I haven't seen yet, so many places to go!

Anything else you would like to add?
Thank you:)

I have seen the kitesurfing page, you are doing a great job! And it is always nice to meet other kite girls, hopefully one day we'll get to kite together!

All the best,
Linn

saint martin water photos. Where is Le Galion? Le Galion is the next bay Southeast of buzzling Orient Bay on Saint Martin Island. This laid back beach is surrounded by a coral reef that serves as a protection, providing calm and shallow waters to Le Galion. Le Galion is also a popular hangout for surfing, kite-boarding, and windsurfing enthusiasts. In front of the former "Le Galion Hotel" surfing is perhaps best because of the trade winds coming along the Atlantic coast.Kiteboarding Articles 2008 caliber 2008
