Tell me a little bit about yourself
Im a lover of all board sports! Im always pushing myself to the limits with all my favorite sports. kiting, skateboarding and snowboarding. Im a really happy person, some say a little crazy, but thats what motivates me to succeed and live my life to the fullest!
Music? I've been a fan of electronic lately, but I also like Mason Jennings, yeah yeah yeahs, classic rock.. everything!!
Interested in..? hitting sliders, road trips, taking photos, exploring new places.
Food? Sushi! fruits, veggies, Mojo's Sunset cafe in Hatteras.
Heroes? My Dad, he raised my sister and I and has always supported all my crazy endeavors.
Favorite kite/surfing spots for you? The best spot in the world would have to be The Slick at REAL's back yard.
How long have you been doing this? about a year
Why kite/surfing? I fell in love a few summers ago when I saw some people kiting on Lake Michigan and knew this was the right sport for me, after that I saved all my money for over a year so I could take lessons, and haven't stopped since.
What does your family think of this? My Dad flies my trainer kite, and takes lessons whenever he comes to visit me, so I think he's a fan : )
What does this sport mean to you? I like to say Kiteboarding is my boyfriend. It means a lot to me. Its good therapy, and allows you to explore the world.
Favorite tricks? Raleys, Indy grabs, hitting sliders, boosted front rolls.
Have you ever been in an accident? I just hurt bruised my rib cage the other day! so I have to sit and watch everyone kite.
Vision...you wishes for the future:
I hope to keep kiting as long as I'm alive, and hope that one day I can travel the world and kiteboard.
