I have been reading this magazine since 2001, the day I started Kitesurfing in Bordeaux, France, during the Old days of only 2 lines and not safe release ;-).
Before becoming a kitesurfer, I was a windsurfer for a long time and for sure I was reading Wind Magazine and I have spent a lot of money and time to read each articles and dreaming surfing were Pete Cabrinha, Roby Naish, Jason Polakow, Robert Teritehau did at the photos.
Kite Boarder Magazine is an independant water sports magazine, very professional, with a good layout and great photos and articles are always relevant.
My good friend Harold Quinquis, International Cabrinha Pro Rider and the boss of "Wax Up"
came to St. Martin last January and together we had wild times at the water... almost 20/25 knots everyday with this unique light of this season and I came out with some pretty awesome pictures.
Harold is a perfect waterman for a perfect photoshoot session. He is a calm and friendly person, very professional and easy to work with. During each session, he was performing tricks and he was jumping exactly in front of my lense in order to get the perfect angle... and I have a lot of photos...
With my new Camera, Canon 5D MarkII, Harold, the best spot, light and the wind - I just had to click the button and enjoy this private show.
Stay tuned with Tropical Paradise Kitesurfing; Harold is going to bring back some awesome images from this new trip in Indonesia and I heard Pete Cabrinha will join this trip.
We'll keep you updated!
I would like to thank yopu Benoit from Kite Boarder Magazine 2009 for this opportinity to be part of it... "Merci C'est cool", Harold as always for his smile, kindless... Emilie for her style and light in the spot.
And of course, thank you, Tropical Paradise Kitesurfing readers, for all the support!
Me and my wife, Tal are doing everything to bring you the best photos, riders and kite spots on our site.

Nice place for kiting, don't you think ? |
