There are a lot of great kiting spot at the small country, that offers good wind conditions for the riders.

Me at the western wall in Jerusalem

Tel Aviv, South, Lovely beach break at the Israel kiteboarding community

Tel Aviv... really good kite spot with side shore wind and pretty waves... looks like France, my home spot in Lacanau (Bordeaux)

Full of mud at the dead sea. No kiting there!!!

We visited a few spots that we can reccommend for itesurfing at the Mediterraen country:
Bat-Yam,
Haifa beach
Tel Aviv
Bet Yanai
Eilat (the Red Sea)
Kineret lake
We stayed also in Tel Aviv and saw that during May it's a side shore wind and there were small waves.
The best kitesurfing season in Tel Aviv starts at April and ends up around June.
You have to be very careful at some of the kiting spots, on the summer days they might be loaded with people and children. Also at the summer times you can find a lot of other water sports adventures taking place on those beaches, such as windsurf, surfing, jet-ski and more.
We got also to meet Hagit Oz, the world champion and coolest Israel kiteboarding girl who introduced us some of the nice kiting spots and some Israeli riders from the country.
