Best Wind Season / Type Of Wind
December-August are most consistent with winds between 15-20knots side shore
For waves come December through April and for flatter water come between May-August

Water conditions: Clear and a bit choppy, temperature is warm between 75 degrees Farenheit

Recommended Accommodations (Where to stay):
1) Cafe La Plage AKA Beach House hotel www.beachousepr.com
2) Intercontinental Hotel (1/4 mile East of the spot up the same beach)
3) El San Juan Hotel (1/4 mile East of the spot up the same beach)
4) Howard Johnson Hotel across the street

Beach Conditions / Obstacles: Swimming buoys in most of the beach but there are some channels to the water. Just ask the local Kite instructors of 15 Knots Kiteboarding School or the riders.

Recommended Transport to the Spot: You can walk from these hotels. Take a taxi or park your car at the Beach House hotel and walk though it towards the beach.

Other information: Bring kites between 9-12m and twin tip boards from 130-150cm with good flex for the chop in the water. A water shirt and sunscreen and a positive attitude. ask for the local rules of the spot and make lots of friends helping out anyone.
