Famara, Lanzarote which is one of the most popular and best locations to learn and practice the sports because of its consistent trade winds, perfect waves and warm weather.
in wintertime it has water temp of 23 degrees and average air temp of 25 degrees.
waves on outside break big and shallow areas of beach are perfect for beginner/intermediate.
wind blows steady at 15-20kts summer and winter has occasional storms that bring stronger wind,25-35kts.
beach is 5km and very wide sandy with no rocks or reef.
recommended to hire car from airport.
