Where are you from? Merimbula, it is on the far south coast of NSW Australia

Your age? 30 years young

Where did you grow up? I grew up surfing and fishing on the south coast of NSW, it was incredible, very uncrowded and lots of great waves.

Any kite sponsors? Who? Slingshot, Dakine, Reef, Electric, benwilsonsurf.com, future fins, freestyle and triple x wetsuits.

Special achievements...? Making me own films and winning the Mambo wave contest 4 times
Life occupation besides kite... Running my own website and making films

Tell me a little bit about yourself....
Music? my favorite band is TOOL, but I like listening to all kinds of music

Interested in..? Other than surfing and kiting, my next favorite thing is fishing and traveling, but most of all I love hanging with my friends and family

Food? Sushi, I could eat Sushi 3 times a day

Heroes? Anyone at the top of there sports who dominate, people like Tiger woods, Roger Federra and Kelly Slater

Favorite kitesurfing spots for you? Namotu Island in Fiji and P-pass in Micronesia

Places you have been kiting at... I have kited and surfed all over the world and I feel so lucky to be fortunate enough to do so

How long have you been kitesurfing? 9 years

Why kitesurfing? Surf spots were getting too crowded and the wind blows out the surf at some stage, so learning to kite seemed like the ultimate extension to keep me in the water.

[What does your family think of this? My family is very supportive of what I do, they know how much I love it and with out them it would not feel as satisfying.

What does this sport mean to you? It's a big part of my life, it's my freedom and has given me so much over the years and I respect it and love it more than ever.

Favorite tricks? Getting barreled or doing an air

What does this sport demand of you? Nothing I quess, it is all by choice, but if anything to keep fit so I can do it to my full potential and to be ready at the drop of a hat to chase the next swell.

Have you ever been in an accident? I have hurt myself from time to time, but never badly, touch wood!

Vision...you wishes for the future…. I would like to see every surfer experience this ultimate cross over sport, because when we see some really good surfers get into it, they sport will blow up.
